Performance of Handel’s ‘Messiah’ Announced at Concord University


ATHENS, W.Va. – Concord University’s choirs are teaming up with faculty, community singers, soloists, and an orchestra to perform Handel’s Messiah on Thursday, Nov. 14. The performance will begin at 7 p.m. in the Main Theatre of the Fine Arts Center.

Messiah is one of music’s best-loved and best-known works – it will be a beautiful and joyful start to the holiday season,”

The general public is invited to join the Concord University community in attending this special holiday occurrence at no charge.
